About Us

Granite City FC is the first locally owned semi -professional soccer club, based in Saint Cloud, MN. It was launched in the spring of 2016. Saint Cloud has so much talent, but unfortunately because of lack of resources, and playing opportunities our local players wanting to pursue a higher level of soccer, whether it be a college scholarship or even a professional career, are forced to leave our community to fulfill their dreams. Granite City FC's goal is to bridge the gap and provide players from our area, opportunities and training and assist them in achieving their dreams through providing best possible coaches and the utilizing of our local facilities. Currently the club is offering services to male players but plan on creating a women's team soon. The Club has been fortunate enough to develop a wonderful partnership with St Cloud State University and will be using the beautiful Husky stadium for all their home matches The Club's mission is to provide a professional, safe and positive soccer environment while developing talented players. We will also strive to increase an awareness and appreciation for the game of soccer and increase the opportunities for young people in our area.
